Duration: 12-hour shift - CNA only

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance 

• Feeding support 

• Full assistance with mobility 

• Regular repositioning to prevent pressure sores 

• Light housekeeping (patient-area)

• Vital signs monitoring

Best For:

Elderly or recovering clients needing daily personal care without medical intervention.

3. Plus Care

Full nursing shift for recovery and monitoring. Duration: 12-hour shift - Nurse only

What's Included:

• Everything in the On Call Visit 

• Focused health assessments 

• Post-surgical or chronic illness care 

• Medication management and side effect monitoring 

• Nutrition guidance 

• Emotional and psychological support & monitoring 

• Regular updates to care plan based on health changes 

• Family updates & care coordination with external healthcare providers (labs, physiotherapists, doctors)

• Home safety evaluation

Best For:

Clients needing consistent nursing after surgery or during recovery.

4. Premium Care

Comprehensive care for bedridden or high-dependency clients. Duration: 12-hour shift - Nurse + CNA

What's Included:

• Everything in Plus Care & Essential Care 

• Two-person care team: Nurse -+ Assistant 

• Total assistance with Activities of Daily Living 

• Close monitoring for non-verbal or unconscious patients

For clients requiring constant care, the nurse focuses on clinical assessments and care coordination, while the assistant handles personal care tasks. This ensures continuous support and no aspect of care is rushed or overlooked.

Best For:

Completely bedridden, palliative or fully dependent clients, clients with severe cognitive or mobility impairment and palliative patients requiring clinical and comfort care.
